With 'drops' we periodically release a batch of new handmade products for you to check out and buy. Between drops, we are busy creating incredible new pieces just for you, that will go live at the very next drop.
Mark your calendars! Drops go live on a specific date and time. We'll let you know in advance about upcoming drops, so make sure to subscribe to our mailing list and follow us on Instagram.
Love it? Act fast! When the drop is live, you can visit our webshop to view and purchase the newly released items. We offer a limited quantity of these products, so some items may sell out quickly. Be sure to secure your favourites!
Commissions or custom orders
Do you have something specific in mind? We're here for you! We gladly accept commissions, which means we're open to creating custom-made and personalized products tailored to your preferences. Whether it's a specific design, size, color, or material preference, we're excited to explore the options with you.
Please note that commissions may require additional time and costs due to their unique nature.

Sizing
Our crochet garments are currently primarily based on a women's size 36/38 (EU), which translates to approximately a size Small/Medium.
Before making a purchase, we recommend referring to the specific measurements provided for each item and comparing them to your own body measurements. This will help you determine how the garment will fit.
If you have any questions or require a different size than what is currently available, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you in finding the right size for you.
Care Instructions
For most garments:
- Washing: Most of our crocheted clothing can be safely washed at 30°C. It is recommended to use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. To provide extra protection, it is advisable to use a wash bag. If you want to be on the safe side, then handwashing is the recommended option, offering a lower risk of damaging the garment. Check the delicate garment section for more info on handwashing.
- Drying: Please avoid using a dryer, as it may cause the garment to lose its shape. Instead, lay the garment flat on a clean, dry surface and allow it to air dry naturally.
Delicate Garments:
- Washing: Garments made of wool other animal-based fibers like alpaca or mohair require special care. Handwash them in lukewarm water using a mild detergent specifically formulated for delicate fibers. Gently swirl the garment in the water, avoiding excessive agitation.
- Drying: After washing, carefully remove excess water by gently pressing the garment between towels. Reshape the garment if needed and lay it flat to dry on a clean surface away from direct heat or sunlight.
Tufted Rugs:
- Regular Care: Vacuum your tufted rug regularly to remove dust and debris. Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment or a handheld vacuum. Avoid using a rotating brush attachment or high suction settings that could damage the rug. Gentle vacuuming is recommended to prevent damage.
- Spot Cleaning: For small spills or stains, promptly blot the affected area with a clean, absorbent cloth or paper towel. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the rug, as it may cause the stain to spread or damage the fibers. Use a mild detergent mixed with water if necessary, and blot again to remove the solution.
Shipping
Processing Time: Orders from our site are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note that custom orders may require additional time, as we carefully plan and create each item to meet your unique specifications. This includes sourcing the specific materials needed to bring your vision to life.
Shipping Cost: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. For domestic orders within the Netherlands, you can typically expect delivery within 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped. For international orders, please allow additional time for transit and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times can range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to stay updated on the status of your package throughout the delivery process.
International Orders: Please note that for international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applicable according to your country's regulations. Kindly be aware that any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Proof of Postage: After providing proof of postage and tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the item. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we cannot assume liability once the package has been shipped.

Returns
Please note that all sales are considered final. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns at this time. However, if you encounter any issues with a faulty or damaged item, we'll happily arrange a repair.
